I had a sore tongue for a long time. REALLY sore. In fact, I used to bite my tongue so often that it probably bled.
I'm glad those days are over, for the most part.
As I practiced biting my tongue more and more, I found it became more natural to hold my tongue. More holding, less biting.
What a relief.
Today, I find myself biting my tongue.
And that previous blogpost will probably remain in 'draft' mode forever. (thankfully). Maybe using draft is a good self editing tool. In a few days the urge to speak will lessen and eventually it will be gone. And the truth is, it won't matter. Which tells me its not important, and yet........
I feel like some people need a good shaking.
