Weird but wonderful

We've had some very nutty weather here this past week or two - very atypical for MD where the temperatures in August are usually high and the air is normally dripping humidity. Instead we've had temperatures in the 70s ! Cuh-raaaaaaaazy. And now it's hard to tell if summer is winding down or if we're going to get hot again.

It's been weird but actually also rather lovely.

As proven by a recent trip to the ocean...............warm sun and cool water - the best combination for some body surfing

 

 

 splashing...............and just floating around

 and loads and loads of smiles...........

Now we're almost ready to start school. SO hard to believe. . . . . summer goes by so fast. :(
