Thing-A-Day is a month long event in February where people commit to making one thing a day and posting about it on a collective blog. I think I may take part since I make things every day anyway! It can be cooking or sewing or jewelry or whatever - just MAKE SOMETHING!
Its also the 5th year for the Annual Jewelry Artists Retreat!
(ok, technically its the 6th but the first year it was a different location and there were only two of us - does that really count?)
I'm so excited for this year - and its still 9 months away!!!

it looks like we have ONE opening for this year.
Most of the group comes back each year, last year Wendy was unable to come and since she had moved to China we forgave her. We had her 'tiny head' with us so she was there in spirit. But this year she is flying in!

Wow. Even so, we have one spot left. I am looking forward to seeing who our new friend will be this year!

Registration for 'alumns' is going to be official in a couple of weeks and then we'll open up for any remaining spaces to be filled, around February 10th.
